What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting, conversion, and preventive maintenance on test equipment and collaterals.
• Monitor and analyze equipment control points to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Proactively escalate technical problems and generate detailed reports for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on experiments, upgrades, and data collection.
• Support factory ramp-up activities, including tool installation, deinstallation, and relocation.
• Execute training plans and provide guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• Technical College degree (3-year) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electrical Refrigeration.
• English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level or higher.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule (48 hours/week) and flexible overtime.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong commitment to operational discipline and adaptability to schedule changes.
