What you will do

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development to identify and address quality concerns during development.
• Govern quality controls in pre-production and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and execute Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and product testing protocols to mitigate defects.
• Establish and manage Test Protocols and Inspection Plans for Home Categories.
• Monitor and implement latest industry regulations and best practices for global market compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical quality improvement initiatives specifically for Home Furnishings.
• Expertise in developing product testing protocols using industry-accepted methods.
• Proficiency with quality tools including FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Quality management experience within manufacturing or processing engineering.
• Strong understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing technical teams.
