TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Manufacturing): Managing and driving success for industrial manufacturing clients by guiding business development teams and implementing sales programs with an accent on client satisfaction and revenue growth. Location: Hybrid or Remote (depending on location), must be based in the USA

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annual salary + 20% potential bonus

What you will do

  • Onboard new clients, including campaign creation, playbook development, CRM setup, and list sourcing.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Coach and oversee Business Development Specialist (BDS) teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Monitor team productivity and provide real-time updates through weekly and quarterly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to resolve issues and optimize lead strategies.
  • Lead client review meetings to ensure objectives, targets, and expectations are consistently met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client accounts in industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven experience coaching sales/business development teams within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in strategic enterprise sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Must have US work authorization (implied by US-specific benefits and headquarters).
