What you will do
- Manage a designated territory to develop new business leads and identify market opportunities.
- Build and present detailed ROI-based project plans to executive-level stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for complex sales contracts.
- Coordinate with internal leadership to resolve technical or installation issues for customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer data in the company CRM.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to influence product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in capital equipment or industrial sales.
- Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms and close high-value orders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executive management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time and adhere to safety/PPE requirements in manufacturing environments.
