What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year ERP strategy and technology roadmap aligned with corporate finance objectives.
• Lead end-to-end financial ERP implementations and multi-country rollout programs, managing scope, budget, and risk.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI/ML and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to drive efficiency.
• Establish governance forums and ensure strict compliance with GDPR and regional regulatory requirements.
• Manage strategic relationships and contract negotiations with ERP vendors such as SAP and Oracle.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global financial ERP team across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial ERP systems.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with direct team management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-country ERP implementations on SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Deep expertise in core ERP modules such as FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Treasury, or Revenue Recognition.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global organization.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
