What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between intelligence customers and Workday engineering teams.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions aligned with architectural best practices.
• Manage secure configurations and integrations, including Extend applications, Prism analytics, and data conversion.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs compliant with federal and intelligence community standards.
• Support security authorization processes, including FedRAMP and ATO documentation.
• Guide delivery teams on reporting, security modeling, and platform extensibility.

Requirements

• Active TS clearance and SCI clearable status required.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area with ability to work on-site in a SCIF up to four days per week.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or technical implementation within federal, IC, or DoD environments.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of federal security frameworks such as FedRAMP, RMF, and ATO processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Workday certifications (HCM, Extend, Security, Prism).
• Knowledge of secure application development in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline.
