Salary: $130,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Product Engineering team, including workload planning, resource allocation, and coaching.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for production and development programs.
• Support production operations by maintaining assembly/test instructions and managing MRB dispositions.
• Assess and improve designs for enhanced producibility, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage technical interfaces with suppliers and approve design changes.
• Drive Lean and process improvements in collaboration with Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise in mechanical actuation systems and equipment, including assembly and testing.
• Experience supporting multi-site production programs.
• Willingness to travel internationally (typically 1–2 visits/year to Philippines; occasional visits within the USA).

• Proven engineering management or leadership experience.
