Salary: $105,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop system and subsystem designs for valves, handle systems, and locking mechanisms to meet business growth requirements.
• Establish financial and platform metrics to drive strategic decision-making and maximize market success.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize manufacturing solutions, reducing complexity and improving timing.
• Lead subsystem improvement projects and document critical product specifications and user-defined functions (UDFs).
• Analyze subsystem usage across the organization to identify opportunities for cost and quality improvement.
• Partner with Design to Value (DtV) teams to implement system-level design solutions that optimize consumer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, forging, and fabricating.
• Proficiency in engineering principles: FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFA, and DFMA.
• Strong analytical skills for critical thinking and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
