What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Dynamic Seals Team, managing technical direction, priorities, and workload planning.
• Oversee the development of a wide-ranging portfolio of components including seals, gaskets, and isolation mounts.
• Interface with internal teams, external suppliers, and procurement to resolve manufacturing and supply challenges.
• Support the expansion and validation of the Dynamic Lip Seal supplier base to meet customer demands.
• Review product line health and execute opportunities for Sustainable Value Creation.
• Collaborate with product groups to develop custom solutions for the toughest customer challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering curriculum.
• Strong technical foundation in component engineering, product design, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems and root cause analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Must have valid US work authorization (Visa sponsorship is NOT available).

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Dynamic Seal types, functionality, and applications.
• Proficiency with Creo.
• Experience in drivetrain applications.
• Strong time management skills for balancing lab priorities.
