Salary: $37.10 - $62.40 hourly

What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of high-value accounts and achieve quotas by engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Drive new enterprise business growth through proactive outbound prospecting and a hunter mentality.
- Develop and implement highly customized sales strategies for complex cycles involving multiple product areas.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Support teams to ensure high activation and implementation rates.
- Articulate the value of 's product suite to real estate professionals.
- Handle complex escalations and custom business or product requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably with complex products.
- Proficiency in Challenger and SPIN sales methodologies to uncover buyer needs.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving an annual quota of $1M+.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time (specifically New England or Central Region).
- Must be based in any of the 50 United States.
- Ability to use data and analytics to advise decision-making and demonstrate value to clients.

- Experience selling multi-product platforms at a technology company to mid-size businesses.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and modern sales tools.
- Experience creating detailed Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plans.
