Account Executive (Enterprise) (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for the hirify.global payments infrastructure suite with an accent on strategic enterprise accounts and C-level engagement. Focus on building a robust outbound pipeline, developing tailored sales strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the Ideal Customer Profile.

Location: Fully remote and globally distributed

Compensation: OTE from $274,393 to $473,329 (depending on tier), plus equity and commission

What you will do

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers and demonstrate platform value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and playbooks.
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain detailed records using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and consultative selling.
  • Ability to lead sales cycles with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Strong bias towards action and ability to produce results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
  • Proactive approach to improving existing processes and developing best practices.
