Location: Fully remote and globally distributed
Compensation: OTE from $274,393 to $473,329 (depending on tier), plus equity and commission

What you will do
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise-level accounts.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers and demonstrate platform value.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and playbooks.
- Forecast sales performance and maintain detailed records using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and consultative selling.
- Ability to lead sales cycles with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
- Strong bias towards action and ability to produce results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Strategic negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
- Proactive approach to improving existing processes and developing best practices.
