What you will do

  • Own expansion revenue across existing health plan partners, including renewals, upsells, and multi-year growth plans.
  • Develop and execute executive-level account expansion strategies to map stakeholders and prioritize growth pathways.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities by translating payer pain points into AI-enabled programs with measurable ROI.
  • Build trusted relationships across C-suite, clinical, operational, and finance layers within payer organizations.
  • Lead complex internal sales cycles, coordinating security, compliance, contracting, and clinical governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to ensure value realization and scalable rollouts.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience selling into health plans with a strong record of exceeding expansion or growth targets.
  • Proven success expanding enterprise payer accounts through multi-threading and selling new use cases.
  • Executive presence and credibility to influence clinical and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience managing sophisticated contracting and procurement processes, including SOWs and amendments.
  • Strong consultative selling approach capable of building business cases tied to payer priorities.
  • Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 30–50% for onsite meetings and conferences.

Nice to have

  • Deep existing network within payer organizations.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, or dual-eligible populations.
  • Background in digital health, health tech, or AI-enabled care models.
  • Familiarity with payer clinical workflows, including UM/CM, risk adjustment, and Stars/HEDIS.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for deploying AI in member-facing programs.
