Salary: $80K – $95K + Uncapped Commission

What you will do
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
- Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction.
- Execute strategic territory plans and lead in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach.
- Establish referral workflows and troubleshoot barriers to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare field sales, physician liaison, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
- Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
