TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Healthcare): Driving retention, growth, and satisfaction within a portfolio of high-value client accounts with an accent on C-suite relationship management and strategic account planning. Focus on expanding business within self-insured employer accounts and coordinating cross-functional delivery to ensure value.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.)

Salary: Base $150,000 - $170,000 USD (OTE $190,000 - $220,000+)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account and business plans tailored to specific client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within existing accounts.
  • Act as an internal "quarterback," coordinating with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Legal teams for seamless service.
  • Monitor account performance, including P&L, revenue, and retention targets via regular business reviews.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of serving self-insured employers.
  • Must be located anywhere in the U.S.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data analytics to demonstrate ROI.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating with senior leaders.
  • Ability to travel 30% or more to client sites and industry events.
