Salary: Base $150,000 - $170,000 USD (OTE $190,000 - $220,000+)

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute multi-year account and business plans tailored to specific client objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within existing accounts.
- Act as an internal "quarterback," coordinating with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Legal teams for seamless service.
- Monitor account performance, including P&L, revenue, and retention targets via regular business reviews.
- Forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of serving self-insured employers.
- Must be located anywhere in the U.S.
- Strong business acumen and ability to use data analytics to demonstrate ROI.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating with senior leaders.
- Ability to travel 30% or more to client sites and industry events.
