TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle for SMB customers with an accent on discovery and deal closing. Focus on identifying high-potential business opportunities, building stakeholder business cases, and delivering targeted product demos.
Location: Hybrid: Must be within commuting distance of the South Salt Lake City headquarters (3 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Compensation: $119,000–$130,000 (50% base, 50% performance-based)

What you will do
- Manage the full pre-sales lifecycle from initial lead outreach to deal closure.
- Perform detailed discovery to uncover prospect pain points and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver targeted product demonstrations showing how solves specific customer problems.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to drive product adoption and facilitate proofs of concept.
- Maintain precise CRM records in Salesforce and provide support during the customer's first year.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
- Experience working within the IT or IT Security industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry achievement.
- Most full-time roles do not qualify for H-1B visa sponsorship.
