What you will do

• Promote and support an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) across the project site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and support injury/illness case management.
• Develop and maintain project safety roadmaps and safety documentation.
• Run safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; coordinate corrective actions.
• Support training, safety meetings, and field engagement activities with project leadership and foremen.

Requirements

• 3+ years of large-scale construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• BCSP certification required/preferred (CSP, CHST, ASP, STSC, OHST, etc.).
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects.
• Ability to work night shift and overtime schedule.

Nice to have

• Electrical construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

• Schedule: Monday–Saturday; 20 hours overtime weekly paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
• Per diem available for qualified non-local candidates living 75+ miles from the project site.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer: major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
