Regional Safety Manager

Salary: $108,900.00 - $155,600.00 USD (base pay range)

What you will do

• Execute corporate safety and health programs across multiple facilities in the East Region.
• Coach and influence Facility Safety Program Managers and Safety Coordinators.
• Partner with facility leadership and maintenance teams to build a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct quarterly site safety assessments, track corrective actions, and ensure closure.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations (OSHA-recordable events and near misses) using root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable ANSI, NFPA, and NIOSH standards; support outage planning for high-risk safety-critical work.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of regional or multi-site leadership experience managing facility-level Safety Program Managers and Safety Coordinators.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial safety and health in a manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable ANSI, NFPA, and NIOSH standards.
• Proven leadership skills (coaching, mentoring, driving accountability) across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
