What you will do

• Provide services to families using a parent coaching model and demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and participate in child and parent groups, center visits, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Deliver home-based services across the catchment area.
• Coordinate care with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families and children with specialized needs.
• Manage service coordination for an assigned caseload, including development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
• Ability to use computer-based technology (computer/laptop and cell phone).

Nice to have

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience.
