What you will do

• Identify emerging market trends to define the IO aggregator and bridging solution roadmap.
• Translate complex customer requirements into detailed product specifications and value propositions.
• Conduct competitive technical analysis and benchmarking to ensure market leadership.
• Collaborate with design, test, and applications engineering teams to launch products on time.
• Develop technical documentation, including datasheets, white papers, and application notes.
• Provide technical guidance and support for key customer engagements and design-ins.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product definition, feature trade-off analysis, and architecture specification.
• Solid knowledge of protocol specifications including I3C, I2C, SPMI, SPI, JTAG, and SWD.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, USB3.2, and Displayport.
• Strong understanding of mobile, automotive, and embedded/IoT system architectures.
• BSEE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, San Diego, or San Jose.

Nice to have

• MSEE degree.
• Experience with lab validation, test automation, and lab equipment.
• Knowledge of PCB design, simulation techniques, and stack-up.
• Experience developing models such as IBIS, IBIS-AMI, or System-C.
