Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the full 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for hardware across the Connected Security portfolio.
• Define and maintain a rolling 3-year hardware product roadmap aligned to business strategy and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional new product development teams through the full lifecycle, from identification to commercial launch.
• Partner with engineering, industrial design, operations, and marketing to deliver manufacturable and profitable products.
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans incorporating pricing strategy, channel mix, and demand forecasting.
• Build and develop the hardware product management team, establishing high standards of craft and practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant portion in hardware or connected devices.
• Deep fluency in consumer electronics or smart home technology product development.
• Proven track record of owning full 4P strategy and taking hardware products from concept to launch.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, industrial design, and supply chain.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from Deerfield, IL.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with smart home ecosystem partnerships and integration.
• Familiarity with access control, physical security, or safety product categories.
• MBA degree.
• Experience in multi-brand portfolio management and diverse channel management (Amazon 1P/3P, DTC).
