Salary: $137,610–$227,270 USD

What you will do

• Collect and refine customer feature requirements in partnership with enablement teams and software architects.
• Document detailed product requirements and specifications for Ethernet controllers and adapters.
• Define product life cycle plans and align driver availability with OS vendor timelines.
• Update product pricing strategies, develop cost models, and own long-term revenue forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to influence product strategy and differentiation.
• Create customer-facing collaterals and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering or a STEM field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet networking.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Proven experience in collecting and refining customer feature requirements.
• Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a STEM field.
• Experience with networking protocols and data center system architectures.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Telco, and Enterprise data center deployments.
• Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
