What you will do

• Drive store profitability by implementing local marketing strategies and managing store-controllable profit (SCP).
• Build and maintain a guest-centric culture, ensuring on-time delivery of experiences and handling guest de-escalations.
• Manage financial reporting, audits, labor spend, and maintain facility cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee technical hardware and software health, conducting checks and leading the team through updates.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and providing continuous coaching.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations management or the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in retail math and business skills, including understanding P&L statements and data tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Physical stamina to be on feet for long periods and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to use basic hand tools for technical troubleshooting.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
