What you will do

• Oversee all property operations, including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring hirify.global standards are consistently met.
• Design and manage guest and employee journeys to increase satisfaction and reduce effort.
• Drive operating profit per unit by increasing revenues and managing cost controls.
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
• Manage property-level projects, including minor renovations and CapEx initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hotel management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and core hospitality software.
• Proven ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS) and utilize OTA reviews for improvement.
• Fluency in revenue metrics: RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR, and occupancy optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and operational data.
