Senior M&A Integration Manager

Location: Remote role associated with Florham Park, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $136,600–$195,300 USD per annum

What you will do

• Lead pre-close integration planning and establish Day 1, 0–90, and 90–180-day plans across functions.
• Own the integration governance model, decision framework, tollgate reviews, and operating cadence.
• Track and realize cost, revenue, and operational synergies while managing risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate integration execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Drive change management, communication, culture integration, employee engagement, and operational continuity.
• Build and improve integration playbooks, checklists, templates, dashboards, and lessons-learned practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across complex organizational structures.

Nice to have

• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Background in operational excellence systems.
