What you will do

• Prepare and review customs documentation, including invoices, declarations, and certificates of origin under the IMMEX program.
• Coordinate with customs brokers (MX and USA), transport companies, and forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Validate and reconcile customs documentation against Annex 24 system records and maintain databases.
• Monitor compliance with foreign trade regulations, treaties, RRNA, and Rule 8th.
• Manage physical and electronic archives required for IMMEX and U.S. Customs compliance.
• Participate in internal audits by generating reports and responding to IMMEX questionnaires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar import/export role.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in SAT and VUCEM platforms and experience with Annex 24 systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Must be physically located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
