What you will do

  • Shape and oversee a portfolio of large, complex engagements and transformation programs, ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead Professional Services business development: plan strategy, identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and support renewals and expansion.
  • Drive adoption and growth at key customers in the region, including transformation roadmaps that deliver incremental value.
  • Manage people and operations: lead Project Managers and Services Engagement Directors, hire/develop/retain talent, and ensure performance management.
  • Run operational and financial management: bookings/orders, profitability goals, forecasts, escalation handling, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant IT consulting experience and 8+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
  • Strong technology consulting background with experience leading high-performing teams and delivering value to customers.
  • Experience in SaaS organizations and working with cloud technologies, AI solutions, digital transformation, and agile delivery methodologies (desirable).
  • Proven IT project management experience, including budgeting for complex solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (local language), Spanish, and English.
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 50%) to visit team and customers within the region and occasionally for internal global events.
