Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston (Remote), Tampa (Hybrid), Kansas City (Hybrid), Phoenix (Remote), or Toronto (Hybrid).

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 USD / $130,000 - $160,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee the full client implementation lifecycle from kick-off through to go-live.
• Standardize project planning, resource management, and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to bridge product gaps and ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client engagements.
• Contribute to strategic planning for scaling the implementation organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or professional services.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing project management teams.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS implementations or technology deployments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Must be based in one of the specified US or Canadian locations.
