What you will do

• Lead the project management office, ensuring projects meet milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and ensure Scrum delivery processes align with ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage traditional project duties including scope, staffing, client communication, and risk management.
• Serve as a single point of contact to foster collaboration and agreement on solutions.
• Define quality expectations and collaborate on scheduling work, including defect remediation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing or leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong project management, ITIL, and Agile experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
• Complex Program Management Training & Experience.
• Background in security architecture, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
