Salary: $151,000–$260,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the project management office, ensuring projects meet milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and ensure Scrum delivery processes align with ServiceNow best practices.
- Manage traditional project duties including scope, staffing, client communication, and risk management.
- Serve as a single point of contact to foster collaboration and agreement on solutions.
- Define quality expectations and collaborate on scheduling work, including defect remediation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing or leading ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong project management, ITIL, and Agile experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
- US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.
- Complex Program Management Training & Experience.
- Background in security architecture, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
