What you will do

• Develop and maintain facility safety management systems in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Manage environmental permits including air, wastewater, and hazardous waste disposal.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Track and report facility-level sustainability KPIs including energy, water, and GHG emissions.
• Design and deliver EHS&S training programs for all facility staff and supervisors.
• Present performance reports to leadership and support corporate EHS&S initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Orange County, CA
• 5-8 years of progressive EHS&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910).
• Demonstrated experience managing environmental permits and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and flexibility to respond to facility emergencies 24/7.
