What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for frontline operations regarding safety regulations.
• Refine and scale critical safety programs including ERT, Chemical Response, and Industrial Hygiene.
• Analyze complex safety metrics to guide resource allocation and site strategy.
• Facilitate the Plant Safety Committee and spearhead engagement across all shifts.
• Oversee occupational medical exams and maintain high visibility on the manufacturing floor.
• Mentor junior safety staff and provide guidance on positive employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive safety experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations for General Industry (LOTO, respirators, confined spaces).
• Advanced critical thinking and data analysis skills using Google Suite and pivot tables.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Le Sueur, MN.
