What you will do

• Partner with Shopping Product teams to enhance the home-buying discovery experience.
• Identify growth opportunities within the customer funnel using data-driven insights.
• Guide the product roadmap by presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and support experimentation for new features to optimize user engagement.
• Monitor and investigate trends for core business metrics to ensure stability and growth.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Proven experience in generating analytical insights that drive business impact.
• Advanced experimentation skills and strong statistical knowledge.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of propensity modeling or causal inference techniques.
• Must be based in Mexico City or the United States.
