What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into research projects.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and apply advanced statistical or machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
• Develop and implement causal inference, econometric models, and Monte Carlo simulations to drive game strategy.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and data-driven recommendations to non-technical team members.
• Manage ambiguous requirements and work independently on high-impact projects.
• Continuously learn and adopt new methodologies and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a data-driven field.
• Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SQL.
• Proven experience applying statistics, machine learning, or econometrics to solve business problems.
• Ability to use visualization techniques to communicate data insights effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
