Senior Decision Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue through data-driven insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference studies for product features, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and senior stakeholders to develop analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations.
• Own analytical initiatives from opportunity identification and model development through deployment and impact measurement.
• Use AI tooling and modern analytical techniques to improve analytical quality and team throughput.
• Mentor data scientists and analysts and communicate findings to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Fivetran.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead end-to-end data science initiatives independently and cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, product analytics, or EdTech.
