What you will do
- Drive business impact by identifying high-value opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate product features and pricing strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Own the full lifecycle of analytical initiatives from problem definition to model deployment and impact measurement.
- Leverage AI tooling to design approaches and improve throughput across the team.
- Mentor peers and define best practices for experimentation, modeling, and insight delivery.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years of experience in data science or analytics with a track record of high-impact insights.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Deep familiarity with AI tooling such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Glean.
- Must be based in Mexico and able to pass a background check.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, product analytics, or EdTech environments.
- Experience working with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Fivetran.
