What you will do

  • Conduct analyses to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate product and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical projects from scoping to model building and presentation.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean to accelerate analysis and improve throughput.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Fivetran.
  • Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

  • PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in SaaS, product analytics, or EdTech environments.
