What you will do

• Build long-term product strategy by identifying growth opportunities and driving user engagement and retention.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence strategic roadmaps and product decisions.
• Design and implement metrics and ETL processes to evaluate product and business health.
• Lead experimentation from design to analysis to maximize learning and guide investments.
• Create self-serve data tools to increase data literacy among product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists and improve data science practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• Ph.D., M.S. (6+ years experience) or Bachelors (6+ years experience) in quantitative fields.
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with causal inference techniques and data-driven product strategy.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven mentoring experience and ability to elevate data science practices.
