Compensation: $115,000 – $168,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery process for reactors from contract award through site interconnection.
• Act as the primary interface for government and commercial customers, including site teams and contracting officers.
• Architect and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines.
• Manage contract compliance, reporting requirements, and milestone billing.
• Identify and resolve programmatic risks and cross-functional dependencies across engineering, licensing, and manufacturing teams.
• Establish and refine project management processes and reporting tools for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required (no exceptions); ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• 3-5+ years of experience in energy project development or complex capital equipment project management.
• Strong command of integrated master scheduling and financial performance reporting.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

• Active DoD security clearance.
• Direct working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and government contract types.
• Familiarity with electric power infrastructure and power delivery services.
