What you will do

• Lead overall project management for the NOAA contracted program across IDIQ and task order levels.
• Serve as the primary liaison with NOAA stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and Program Teams.
• Manage the PMO operating cadence, including progress meetings, leadership reviews, and subcontractor coordination.
• Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, risk registers, and core program artifacts.
• Oversee task order implementation, including scope confirmation, resource planning, and deliverable tracking.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and progress reports for NOAA and internal leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically in government or federal program execution.
• PMP Certification required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual due to U.S. export control laws.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting requirements.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience working with NOAA, NASA, DoD, or other federal science/technology agencies.
• Familiarity with federal contract compliance and subcontractor management.
• Background in software, cloud, data, or aerospace technology programs.
