Salary: $100,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Deliver energy efficiency programs according to contract terms and established budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including energy assessments, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a team of internal staff and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, community groups, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments to improve program efficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be located in the state of Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency with at least 3+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Technical knowledge of residential/multifamily energy use and building science.
• Experience in long-range strategic planning and strategy development.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in creating work process flows.
