What you will do
- Support Program Delivery Managers to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor budgets, analyze trends, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.
- Review and evaluate grant applications against eligibility and scoring criteria.
- Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program.
Requirements
- Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance.
- 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and equitable clean energy access.
Nice to have
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience.
