Program Delivery Consultant (Clean Energy)

Salary: $60,000-$85,000

What you will do

• Support Program Delivery Managers to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for multiple programs across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, analyze trends, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.
• Review and evaluate grant applications against eligibility and scoring criteria.
• Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program.

Requirements

• Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance.
• 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and equitable clean energy access.

Nice to have

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience.
