What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs from scoping through launch and operational handoff.
• Define and maintain planning frameworks, milestone structures, and risk models to ensure predictable delivery.
• Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies and blockers with clear recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to pressure-test roadmap sequencing and resource assumptions.
• Ensure downstream stakeholders in business development, customer success, and grid operations are equipped for launch.
• Synthesize technical and schedule complexity into clear options and tradeoffs for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience, with at least 3 years managing programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong technical foundation in software or hardware to engage credibly with senior engineers.
• Proven track record of driving alignment across functions without formal authority.
• Clear, direct communication skills capable of translating complexity into executive-level narratives.
• Experience with consumer-facing software products.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, grid services, IoT, or infrastructure-adjacent domains.
• Familiarity with VPP, demand response, or utility partner integration programs.
• Experience managing programs involving external partners, device fleets, or regulated environments.
