What you will do

• Perform cost and variance analysis for actual and forecast reporting for Global Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets while communicating business performance.
• Partner with Procurement and Sustainability teams to provide strategic business decision support.
• Translate complex financial data into cohesive reporting for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with IT and Global Manufacturing Plants to ensure data integrity and subject matter expertise.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or MBA with 3+ years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior associates and collaborate across the organization.
• Highest standards of accuracy, precision, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California.
