Senior Financial Analyst (Tech Operations)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, analyzing key metrics and trends for executive presentations.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information including OCF, Capital, and Allocations across multiple lines of business.
• Identify and streamline system operations, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with finance business partners to create consistent and compelling financial narratives.
• Assist in planning and close processes for Central P&Ls, including accruals and workforce planning.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to complex financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
