Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Consolidate financial results and provide variance explanations for corporate finance teams.
• Manage and maintain Free Cash Flow models and partnership cash distribution forecasts.
• Submit OCF/FCF pacing and variance data into the BPC reporting system.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes, including expense analysis and accrual calculations.
• Track departmental spending against budgets and partner with operators to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and long-range financial plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
