Salary: $143,150 – $265,850 USD

What you will do

• Develop complex SoC architectures featuring multiple processors and mixed-signal subsystems.
• Define and implement low-power strategies including power domains, retention, and sequencing.
• Design and integrate clocking infrastructure such as clock generation, gating, and monitoring.
• Drive RTL design and integration of infrastructure IPs like power controllers and bus fabrics.
• Lead small teams of design engineers in architecting and verifying digital subsystems.
• Analyze and debug issues during simulation, synthesis, and silicon bring-up.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-20 years of professional experience in digital CMOS IC design.
• Strong RTL design expertise using Verilog/System Verilog.
• Extensive experience with low-power methodologies (UPF, power gating, isolation).
• Solid understanding of SoC clocking architectures, CDC, and RDC.
• Experience with industry-standard bus protocols (AXI, AHB, APB).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of embedded processor systems and C coding.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for design and analysis.
• Experience with scripting in Python, Perl, or Tcl.
