Business Analyst, Cost Optimization (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities using financial and operational data across various regions.
• Perform financial analysis to assess trade-offs across the value chain, including manufacturing, logistics, and pricing.
• Support Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) through data gathering and analysis.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce and related reporting capabilities in North America.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and risk assessments for cross-functional initiatives.
• Create and maintain recurring analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to ensure data connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5 or more years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Akron, OH.
• No relocation or sponsorship provided.

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce or ERP platforms.
• Prior experience in Treasury, accounting, or regional finance roles.
• Experience supporting sales or supply chain-related financial analysis.
