What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources including Salesforce and Oracle Cloud.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven business decisions.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet business needs.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data processing and reporting tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to implement system improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual and access requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of directly related work experience and 1 year of project management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
