What you will do

  • Support the daily administration and execution of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), including data validation and issue resolution.
  • Drive the adoption and reinforcement of sales operation processes, ensuring sellers apply standards consistently across the lifecycle.
  • Reinforce disciplined selling behaviors regarding opportunity hygiene, stage progression, and forecasting inputs.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to identify skill gaps and align training materials with execution standards.
  • Manage third-party proposal platforms, ensuring data accuracy and organizational compliance.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level readouts and insights by supporting report pulls and dashboard validation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, operations, analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • 5–9+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial support roles.
  • Experience supporting sales governance, execution standards, or incentive-aligned behaviors.
  • Proficiency in working with sales data, reports, and dashboards to provide leadership insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid environment in Overland Park, KS, US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with compensation administration or quota-related programs.
  • Experience managing third-party proposal or qualification platforms.
  • Familiarity with the full sales lifecycle, including lead management, renewals, and retention.
