What you will do

• Own and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term value creation.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives: requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx development and execution, negotiations, contract management, and supplier implementation.
• Deliver measurable cost savings, value creation, risk mitigation, and operational improvements across indirect spend categories.
• Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, and financial assessments to support sourcing strategies and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and align stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and outcomes.
• Manage supplier performance and governance, maintain sourcing pipelines and savings reporting in Coupa and other procurement systems, and run Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related procurement functions.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations across multiple indirect spend categories.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, category management, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills (spend analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, opportunity assessment).
• Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
