Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: El Segundo, California, at hirify.global Headquarters or another hirify.global office location as determined by business needs

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies across assigned indirect procurement spend areas.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx execution, negotiations, contracting, and supplier implementation.
• Deliver cost savings, value creation, risk mitigation, compliance, and operational improvements.
• Partner with North American stakeholders and lead cross-functional sourcing teams.
• Manage supplier performance, governance, relationships, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain sourcing pipelines, savings reporting, project tracking, and procurement data in Coupa and other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations across multiple indirect spend categories.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, category management, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management, negotiation, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar procurement and ERP platforms, plus advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
