Director, Global Procurement Corporate Services

Location: Chicago, United States. Hybrid work with four days in the office each week in most locations.

Total annual cash compensation: $161,050–$246,933, inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive.

What you will do

• Own category strategies and contract negotiations for professional services, travel, contingent workforce, workplace facilities, and related capital projects.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies that balance cost, speed, quality, innovation, and stakeholder objectives.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, end-to-end contract management, and strategic supplier relationship optimization.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, bid documents, proposal evaluations, and commercial processes.
• Advise senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Legal while aligning sourcing strategies with enterprise growth and margin goals.
• Lead process improvements, risk mitigation, compliance initiatives, and a high-performing strategic sourcing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or JD is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience across Corporate Services or Professional Services categories.
• 8+ years of team leadership experience, including recruiting, mentoring, developing, and retaining strategic sourcing talent.
• Strong experience negotiating Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, and other complex commercial contracts.
• Expertise in large-scale enterprise initiatives, global strategic sourcing, financial analysis, project management, and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent executive communication, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
