• Design and scale the overall supply chain to meet growing business demands, including sourcing strategy and vendor governance.
• Develop and execute strategies to eliminate supply chain risks while ensuring operational performance and product quality.
• Lead global strategic sourcing efforts, covering supplier selection and contract negotiation.
• Implement supply base cost management initiatives to drive value and maintain competitive advantage.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on procurement strategy and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Supply Chain operational leadership experience in the electronic systems industry.
• Extensive experience and deep established networks with vendors in the electronics market.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, manage risks, and drive COGs reduction.
• Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and inventory operations.
• Advanced financial and P&L management skills aligned with business objectives.
